365 days of images - - Day 306- Nov. 04, 2021 - Linda's Intuitive Images LMH -- Morning Memories

Please click image below to online store.

I started on Alvarado St. in Monterey.

Signs of fall, El Estero Lake and geese.  A white one captivated my attention.

Del Monte Beach, rocks with holes, gulls and I loved watching the whimbrels in the waves.

Heading toward the jetty, passed pelicans, an osprey and felt gratitude for the nature around me.  I don't know if I would have made it through the last year without my walks.

For Phil
When people say that it is the small things that end up meaning the most....it's true.  When I make the bed, I remember making the bed together, when I walk on the beach, I see us there holding hands and each night when I lay in bed, I remember kissing you and wondering if it would be the last time, so I went in for several more.   Each moment, each precious moment etched in my mind.
Miss You!!!

365 days of images - - Day 73- March 13, 2021 - Linda's Intuitive Images LMH -- Surround me with Blue

(click on the image below to shop on my online store)

Blue is my favorite color, it has been for years.  Don't get me wrong I like color in general but blue makes my heart sing.  Today a blue heron by Lake Estero showed me it's wings.  The wingspan was amazing and the color was divine.
I love blue birds, blue waves and blue flowers.  Oh yes blue rocks and did I say blue ocean?
When I meditate I know I'm to the good place when I float in blue.  My love of blue came to me when I was a young girl.  My dad was in the military, we traveled and we often stayed in base hotels near the flight line.  I could see the blue flight line lights from our rooms, it became my favorite color.  I can remember the joy I felt when I saw that color.
I love blue!
This morning started with feathers in a heart shape.
Phil was followed by feathers, it was like he attracted them...  Touched my heart and made me smile.

Light through a wave is one of my favorite blues.

I ended up walking almost 8 miles today.  I am loving it!
I've been reminding myself to pay attention to the small things like the red feet on this pretty bird.  It reminds of of a Pigeon Guillemot, but I'm not sure if that is correct.

I've been walking to Wharf II, because I love the sea lions.  They seem to rest under and at the end of the wharf.  I watched them for a moment, they jump and look inquisitive, I think they are cute.  They make me laugh....I get joy from the ocean in many ways.

I decided to give Lake Estero a go round and I'm glad I did.  A blue heron graced me with a show.  It was flying from one side of the lake to the other.  I just watched and took photos, I enjoyed that activity.

A white goose and a speckled loon.  The color pattern on the loon took me in.

The sight of these wings got me excited about blue today.  Ha!
I love blue!!

For Phil
He knew I loved blue!
I miss you, my heart was filled with your spirit today.
A beautiful trip when Nicole got married on the Big Island.  Dream vacation.

365 days of images - - Day 8- Jan. 7, 2021 - Linda's Intuitive Images LMH -- Upside Down World

Please click the photo below to get to my online store.

I woke up this morning in an upside down world.  Politically we are going through one of the weirdest things I've ever witnessed.  The Corona virus is claiming record numbers of people.  I'm sure we all feel like we have been flipped upside down.  For me it means an extra long walk this morning.  I started the morning under a pink sky by the Coast Guard pier.

I headed toward Monterey Fisherman's Wharf to see if I could catch a different view of the sunrise.

The only thing that grabbed my attention at the wharf was an ice cream sign.  Ha!  Noelle and I ended up having a bowl of ice cream today, must have been that suggestion.

I left after not seeing what I wanted to see. I headed to Wharf 2 and I found the sunrise was more pleasing to my eye there.

I decided to take a walk around Lake Estero, hoping to catch some reflections and of course birds.
On the way over I spotted a plane with a very long tail.

A good time was had around the lake, I decided to take Alvarado St. in Old Town Monterey.  A little window shopping and the architecture is a big challenge for me.  I haven't taken many images of buildings, I'm trying to get some practice with it.

For Phil, lover of Bob Marley.  I hope he is getting to ska with the best right now.

I walked out a lot of my angst.  I'm enjoying my challenge of 365 days of images.  This is going to take some work, but it is a creative challenge, I need that.  My world is upside down and I'm looking for a way to right it.  I headed back to where my car was parked on Cannery Row.   Along the way I just looked for images that pleased me.

It really does help the attitude.....Until tomorrow.
