 A beautiful sunny morning.  I took two shorter walks today, one to check on a seagull nest I've been watching and one to do some tidal pooling.  No seagull chick yet!  Some cute sea lions though.  Tidal pooling always proves to be interesting.  

Dog sitting, walks and photography - I spent time chatting with my sister, she is visiting my parents right now.  My mom is still healing from a recent fall, Patti has been keeping me posted on the progress.  It feels good to be busy.  Sending love to my family.

A heron was looking for breakfast, evidently too close to a gull nest and some angry diving took place.  Entertaining, the heron just went along with it's business.

Low tide always brings sea surprises and treasures.
