I spent the morning hiking the tide pools at Point Lobos.  It was a beautiful walk and the peace I'm finding in nature has been astounding.  Point Lobos is an incredibly beautiful reserve and if you haven't been I would highly recommend it.  I've been finding it to be my favorite place to check out the tidal pools.  The geology plus the sea treasures equal something quite spectacular.

My recent car accident knocked me down a little.  I guess that was to be expected.  I'm still waiting on parts, but the car is drivable and I'm feeling up to some adventures again.

365 days of images - - Day 225 - August 12, 2021 - Linda's Intuitive Images LMH -- Taking it Down a Notch in the Tidal Pools

Needed to ground and center myself today.  Took my morning walk around the tidal pools. It was a very low tide and many treasures to see.  I took pleasure being as quiet as I could and watching the activity around me.   Crabs entertained me, I saw small fish and noticed the color in the rocks and plant life that surrounded me.  I don't know what I would have done without these moments while I was a caregiver and the habit is serving me well today.
