365 days of images - - Day 45 - Feb 13, 2021 - Linda's Intuitive Images LMH -- New Camera vs Old Camera

I will admit it, I hate to break in new things....new shoes, new jeans, new computers or new cameras.  I am having to learn new buttons on my new camera.  I struggled taking the pictures of the sea otters yesterday.  So I decided this morning to take both cameras, take images with both and compare.  I headed out with both cameras and started my walk.  I would take an image and change cameras and take a similar image.....Before you know it, I could tell I was favoring the new camera.  The images are clearer and it has more options.

The sunrise was pretty, but soon after the sun started to come up things turned gray.

I spotted another banana slug, must be the season.  Ha!  Second one in the last couple of weeks.

Waves hit again today.  I experienced another flashback from Phil's last hours on earth and it induced a panic attack.  I did some breathing exercises, cried for a moment and it passed.  I wonder if the flashbacks will ever go away.  I'm learning to live with them.....

The sea blue green color was intense under the cloudy skies.

I turned toward home because the skies started to open and a nice steady rain began.  I tucked one camera hanging from my neck under my sweatshirt and the other in the pocket in the front of the sweatshirt and walked quickly the two plus miles I needed to walk to get home.  I liked it, nothing like a light rain to awaken the senses.

After I looked at the images from both cameras, I decided that the new camera is the bomb!
I'm looking forward to learning more tomorrow.

For Phil
With Valentine's Day tomorrow
I have been missing you and remembering....
