365 days of images - - Day 302- Oct. 31, 2021 - Linda's Intuitive Images LMH -- October Without You

October has always been a special month to Phil and I, our anniversary, we loved to travel and enjoyed the fall.  All the memories and love are surrounding me.  Each image is dedicated to him and in a way  I feel I can still communicate what I'm feeling.   Life isn't the same without him but I'm still finding beauty, joy and happiness.

Orange tints this morning

Phil could spot an egret from a mile away. Ha! He really had a knack for it.

I couldn't help myself.

The waves of grief still come, but I'm learning to ride them to the other side.

Roses and petals floating in the sea.

Stellar jay and it's beautiful feathers.

I visited our local laundry today to check out the Halloween decorations.
I lost my engagement ring in a dryer there when Phil was first diagnosed with cancer.  I was beside myself.  When I went in to ask if someone found it, a man stepped up and said he had found it.  I cried for a couple of days...sheer gratitude.  A helpful friendly staff makes the laundry experience a little nicer!

Pondering my next wish.

For Phil
When I look at this photo I see many things.  The love, first and foremost, your eyes (how you said we touched each others soul through tunnel vision) and your good nature, you tolerated many an annoyance from me.  I miss you desperately.  I find myself wanting to tell you what is going on in my life, it makes me feel disconnected.  Yet, I continue to write you.....just like when you were away at boot camp - everyday.
My best friend......
