I have been struggling to keep up with 365 days of images. I work 5 or 6 hours a day on this self challenge, taking images, editing and pulling the blog together. My daughters have rallied and are taking some of the load that I haven't been able to do. Nicole has been creating a webpage, is helping me with Instagram. Noelle has been making videos to help with promotion of my blog and cleaning up all the video I have shot. I will continue working with my Facebook pages, taking images and the blog. This is healing for the three of us. Nicole lost her husband Darin in 2019, I lost Phil in 2020 and the girls lost their grandmother recently. This is now a family event and I couldn't be happier. Some of our best times have been working together.
It has been warm and sunny the last couple of days. I decided to check out tidal pools for my walk because the tide was really low this morning. I headed out, the lighting was pretty and the moon was still out.
Fishing for the moon.
No clouds, orange sunrise, I love the mornings!
Bird songs.
Every spring the Pacific Grove coastline is covered by a purple ice plant which is referred to as magic carpet. The shoreline has started to turn purple, the birds are active and wildflowers are springing up all over.
To the tidal pools.....
Sea anemone out of water above and under water below.
Sea star.
For Phil
I miss you. I am sure you would be very pleased to what is going on around here.
Update: Noelle and Nicole went back to work when the pandemic eased.
I am now learning to edit and have been trying to keep up with the social media.
It is all evolving still......
