Today was one of those special meditate and find quiet kind of a morning. I slowed my pace and just enjoyed myself with a peace and awareness that was calming to my spirit. I found myself enjoying the waves, which is healing in itself. I love the sound, the smell and the beauty of the surf.
My daughters Nicole and Noelle are helping with promoting 365 days of images. Noelle has been honing in her video skills and Nicole has been taking research and development. It has been joyful working together. I feel like we all work together well, we have done it successfully in the past. Feels right and it helping my morale.
The purple magic carpet along the shore in Pacific Grove is starting to show.

The waves of healing.
Black tailed deer and flowers on my way home. I continue to walk for 2 to 3 hours everyday. I now need to improve my eating habits and I know that I need to rest more. Just writing it down to hold myself accountable.
