The wood that is on the beach right now is phenomenal. It is floating everywhere - in the waves, in the coves and all over the beaches. It has captured my imagination to where is has come from. I can only imagine it is from the fires and landslides that have resulted from erosion. The wood itself is beautiful, especially when it is wet. Shells, sea weed and treasures have collected among the tree parts.
I've still been working on my architectural photography. I prefer wildlife but my self challenge of 365 days of images is urging me to look at everything as an opportunity. The houses in our area are unique and offer something different to explore and learn from with my camera.

On another note, I watched the impeachment proceedings today. What struck me most was the humanity of Rep. Raskin's words.
For Phil
My birthday was not the same without you.
The memories you have left me with fill my heart.
Love of my life, I miss you.
